 A few general reminders: our turnaround time for test results is 48 hours from collection for individually processed tests, and up to 72 hours from collection for tests processed via pooled testing. We recommend that you schedule your test as close as possible to 48 hours prior to any travel or events requiring proof of a negative PCR result in order to ensure that you receive your results in time.

Test results can be accessed through your MyNortheastern portal (students, faculty, and staff) or via https://nuniorchard.netsmartcloud.com/login.jsp?xsso=false (contractors only). For questions about accessing your test results, please consult https://lstc.northeastern.edu/accessing-your-results for instructions and troubleshooting.
